Here is a Nice NEW Quick change tool holder equipped with 2 used sockets.
The Master Tool holder is US made by Collis.
I have had many of these in the past and this one is identical to the one in the photo below.
This one has a morse taper #4 shank and it takes sockets that measure 2.375" on the outside diameter.
Most of the sockets you see for this type of master holder have female morse taper on the inside of them, and you keep your drill bits or reamers etc right in the socket, lift the ring on the master holder and slide the socket out, slide a different socket in and continue without having to take a drift pin and knock out morse taper arbors. Two ball bearings kept in place by the ring keep the sockets secured inside the master holder.
It is a great system and it is fast. I have attached a photo below of some sockets so you can see what type of sockets this system uses, but This Tool has only 2 sockets with it, one is a morse taper #2 on the inside and one is a mt#3.
