q Hydraulic speed variator for saw carriage movement adjustable to 50 – 100 FPM. Fixed return speed of 100 FPM, automatic carriage lubrication, external scoring adjustment, THK guides for vertical saw movement.
q Programmable rear fence (pusher) with 6 material grippers, pusher travels on a rack and pinion guidance system. 26 FPM forward and reverse speed.
q Material support rails at the rear with non-marking rollers for smooth material movement.
q (3) Front air floatation tables with phenolic wear surfaces. One table is fixed and two are movable.
q Automatic side alignment device capable out to 72 ¾â€. Emergency safety bar at cut line.
