The 5.5 amp motor provides plenty of power to drive the cutting head through sheet metal up to 18-gauge thickness.
The shear is variable speed from 0 to 2,500 rpm to match the application.
The cutting head rotates 360 degrees to allow cutting from the most comfortable angle.
Because there are three blades, material is double cut to produce a 7/32-inch wide cut with no bending or burring of the edges.
For increased versatility, a pair of accessory scissor blades (sold separately) offer the ability to cut materials such as vinyl siding, carpet underlayment, foam rubber, linoleum, composition shingles and many others.
