From my best guess this is new without packaging, but was in the equipment backup room.and still has some of the original packaging around it, so it isn't "factory new"
NOTE: from poor warehousing the plastic faceplate has a couple cosmetic dents in it, that your technical experts can probably replace and make it look like new.
We are selling it at the price for "used" as new around the internet they go for about $1,000 and just to repair an old one runs about $300+.
