Comfortable for use on work tables of drill press or other machine tools, assembly jobs, etc. Recessed jaw plates hold the workpiece on level. V-block attachment holds round or oval stock. To set, push the center bar knob up to work. Pressing on the locking lever moves the jaw ahead to grip the workpiece for operation. The workpiece is released by raising the locking lever to vertical position.
