This Weinschel 5312 Programmable Step Attenuator is in like new condition. There are no scratches or any marring on the unit itself, but the bottom side of the base has only one tiny scratch. Both RSA ports are clean and the threads are in like new condition. The DB-15 communication port is clean and all 15 pins are straight and intact.
