Description: this is a new 316 stainless steel high vacuum/pressure rated tee adapter assembly /w two male one female 4-VCO (1/4") fittings, custom made by the GCA Corp., P/N 023273, TIG welded, electropolished, dimensions: height 6 3/4", width 3 1/2". This is a much needed part for some one who builds or needs to modify a vacuum/pressure/flow reactor system. Parts like this one are often used in the ultra high vacuum (uhv) sputtering, deposition, evaporation, and coating systems designed for production of thin films or other type of coatings using dc, rf, e-beam gun, magnetron or thermal evaporation techniques.
