Unit both records kilowatt hours on the usual mechanical rotary dials and records the peak demand. Peak demand is externally or internally resettable. Some units have a reset lock option.
These are three phase units using two stator sensing at 110 vac. They are packaged in a standard 7x7x9 inch ammo-can like "switchmode" glass fronted case. They use readily accessible ordinary terminals and wiring. Unlike conventional KWH meters, do not require anything special in the way of a plug-in base.
Last cal date was April of 1997 when these believed fully working units were upgraded with solid state replacements. Insides appear squeaky clean.
General Electric GE catalog number 700X64G1. Useable with current transformers 31 028 311. Includes fancy paddle-style multipole disconnect switch. Original cost believed to be in excess of $700.00
