THIS WORKS GREAT AND IS READY TO GO.
Handles #8 - 500 MCM copper, #8 - 300 MCM aluminum, and up to 4/0 H Taps.
* Aircraft style pins allow a compression to cutter swap in 60 secs. and no parts to lose
* Quick change to a cable cutter with optional 25CAT cutter head attachment
* Preset bypass cartridge gives you full 6 ton compression each crimp
* Rapid advance circuit for much quicker compression cycles
* Accepts industry standard "W" or "O" series dies
This kit looks like it's seen a fair amount of use and carries various nicks and scuffs that come from being worked into position just like you would expect. It has no signs of damage. abuse, weather, or production use.
I tested this tool here with the correct specialized gauges and it works just like a high dollar Huskie tool should.
