USED: Northland Stainless kettle, 400 gallon, 304 stainless steel, vertical. 48" diameter x 48" straight side, dish top and bottom. Internal rated atmos at 176 deg F, stainless steel jacket rated 14.3 psi at 176 deg F. Off center Lightnin agitator, model V5C37N, 1" diameter 2 piece shaft with a 3 blade turbine, driven by a 3/4 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1725 rpm XP motor. Openings: top 1", 1-1/2", 2", (2) 6", 4" sightglass, 6" drive, 18" manway with a 4" sightglass in the cover; bottom 4", 2-3/4" center outlet. 4 stainless steel side lugs. Built 1995.
