I am selling the new ST Micro electronics M27C512-10F1 512 Kbit (64Kb x8) UV Erasable EPROM.All EPROM a brand-new , still in the tube and nerver used.
The M27C512 is a 512 Kbit EPROM offered in the two ranges UV (ultra violet erase) and OTP (one time programmable).It is ideally suited for applications where fast turn-around and pattern experimentation are important requirements and is organized as 65,536 by 8 bits.
The FDIP28W (window ceramic frit-seal package) has transparent lid which allows the user to expose the chip to ultraviolet light to erase the bit pattern.
A new pattern can then be written to the device by following the programming procedure.
■5V ± 10% supply voltage in read operation
■Low power “CMOS†consumption:
■Programming voltage: 12.75 V ± 0.25 V
â– Programming time around 6 s.
This chip can work with Moates 2Timer,Moates BURN1 Flash-n-Burn USB-Based Chip Programmer,Dual Power Willem Universal EPROM Programmer or any programmer can program the 27C512 EPROM.
