This is not a slow speed power screwdriver, but a high speed capper capable of closing up to 72 bottles per minute. As soon as the operator brings the chuck into contact with the cap, the cap is tightened. Due to its high speed capability, the machine allows bottlers to greatly increase productivity without spending tens of thousands of dollars on a fully automated capping machine.

While speed and versatility are essential, you will not achieve the productivity gains you are seeking if the cap tightener you are using is not comfortable and easy to use. The chuck capper is comfortable to use. It runs quietly on electricity. The operator will not be subjected to the irritating noise projected by pneumatic tools and an air compressor.
These cappers are designed to minimize user fatigue and strain. The greatest discomfort caused in the manual bottle capping process is the torque(twisting force)transferred to the operators wrist as the cap tightens to the bottle. Because of this we designed the hand piece on our capping units to operate free of the chuck. As a result this discomfort is
eliminated when using our cap tightener.
Setting the desired amount of torque for your particular application is an easy one time process. Our bottle capping machine comes equipped with 5 torque adjusting weights. After determining which of the 5 weights provides the correct amount of torque for your application, you will not have to adjust the torque again. There are no dials to adjust or clutches to continually tweak. You screw on the weight that will give you the desired amount of torque, and you're adjustment free for as long as needed.
