I bought this high quality labeler two years ago for $16,000 and did some testing with it after discarding other labelers for my high precision application. This labeler is amazing, it was able to apply labels incredibly accurate and fast. This machine will apply labels at .03mm accuracy and 2,000 labels per minute.
The HERMA 400 can be easily and cost effectively integrated into existing production lines, as well as other equipment such as form and fill bagging machines or bespoke label application systems.
Supreme label placement accuracy, with a maximum tolerance of +/- 0.3mm, is achieved by automatic synchronisation of the dispensing and production speeds. The HERMA 400 maintains this precision even at speeds of up to 160m or 2,000 labels per minute. Processor-driven motorised unwinders and backing-paper take-up traits as well as a light barrier-controlled loop type unwinder, ensure exact label placement during continuous high-speed operation.
