These manuals cover the CT-Systems (Wavetek) Model 3000S Service Monitor. They are scanned from the original manufacturer's manuals. The scans came out well, and all information available in the original manuals is available here.
Two PDFs of each manual are provided, in two resolutions. One is:

Schematics at 600dpi 256 shades of grey
Photos are not mentioned because the original manuals did not use them, relying instead on technical drawings.
Color is not mentioned because there was no color used in the original manufacturer's manuals, so none is present in these.
The other files are done in resolutions that vary depending on individual page content, but are never higher than needed to produce useable quality, quickly navigable files that will do the job without consuming more time and resources than are needed.
We send you files in each resolution on the CD. You'll receive the large files, which are great for printing, plus the smaller, faster text-searchable versions, which are great for research and finding which specific pages you may wish to print. That way, you can navigate, search and etceteras with the fast files and only use the large files when you want to print, conserving your time and resources. All original manual pages are supplied in both resolutions, with no pages added or subtracted.
The sample high resolution pages linked to above are three pages (one text page, one drawing page, and one schematic page) in a zipped PDF file that's almost 9 megabytes in size. The standard res samples are three similar pages, and they are in a zipped PDF of a bit under 500K. All these sample pages are taken from the 3000B manual, which was scanned to exactly the same standards and using the same equipment as the 3000S.
