I hooked one up and I can recommed it if you have the following.
An electric start generator, a fuel solenoid valve (I have these check my store), and engine on your generator with oil temp. and/or oil level sensors. If so you will love being able to start and stop your generator remotely. It will also monitor the generator speed and if it goes too fast it will shut it down by shutting off the fuel solenoid. You will need to be able to wire this up yourself. That is about it.
