This is an Omron C28K-CDR-A. Source: 100-240 VAC 50/60 HZ 60 VA. IN: 24 VDC 7MA, OUT: 24VDC / 250 VAC 2A Max.
This unit came out of operating equipment that was being updated. I opened up this unit and I'm no electronics expert but everything looks good. No battery corrosion, broken or missing parts that I can see. I did notice that the plastic tray that holds the battery is loose. I think one of the plastic clips may have been missing that holds it.
I put power to the unit and it powered up but other than that I have no way to test it.
