This kit is one of the most commonly needed replacement parts for Sanborn and Coleman air compressor pumps. The valve plate AND top and bottom gaskets. Part numbers 043-0142, 046-0151, 046-0152. Look at the pictures closely. This is a pump design unique to Sanborn and Coleman. It is their single stage pump used on 60 gallon upright belt driven compressors and many of their portable belt-driven models also. Also known as a model 130 or 165 pump. This is the valve plate. The valve plate traps and directs the air compressed by the pistons. It is common for these plates to carbon-up, crack, or break-off a reed occasionally. Remove the head assembly and this plate on your pump and check the pistons for proper up and down motion. If they move easily, your crankcase oil is good, and the bottom half is not making strange noises, then, this assembly could be just what you need. We will also include the screen and felt filter with this. The older style double air cannister filter type is no longer supported and will not fit this valve plate - though this valve plate will work for that previous version of 130/165 pump..
