Purchased from an MRO inventory, and doesn't look used (shaft & keyway look unused), but is lightly scratched on the one side fromt the inventory shelf.
I have made an honest and fair evaluation of this item, but I am only human. I do miss things occasionally, and if it is not as I have represented it, I certainly will do what I can to "make it right".
