RJ-45 to DB9 Adapter pair. These come pre-wired for straight through connection from DB9-F to DB9-M on pins 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. This adapter pair is sold for the purpose of extending a DB9 connection using standard Cat 5 or Cat 6 cable.
