Used, in excellent condition. There are two tabs on each side of the face plate that are damaged. Not sure what purpose these serve other than maybe another bracket holder. Looks to be a cosmetic issue at most.
I have made an honest and fair evaluation of this item, but I am only human. I do miss things occasionally, and if it is not as I have represented it, I certainly will do what I can to "make it right".
