Comes with the installation gaskets, the plug in connectors for the I/O and the hold in brackets that secure the controller to the panel. PLC Center.com wants over $1200 for a new one and $525 for a used one. This is brand new, but I will let it go for $700. Guaranteed not to be DOA.
