This is an AMP #90302-1 hand crimping tool. This is designed to crimp the AMPLIMITE High Density size 20 loose piece (LP) pin and socket contacts. There are two dies, one takes #20 - 24 and the other takes #24 - 28. Everything appears to be in top condition and working fine. These AMP crimpers are built to last forever. I will include the AMP spec sheets with instructions.
