The Autobar 400 made by CNC Enhancements is an automatic barfeed that is capable of two modes of operation. The bar can be fed to length or feed to a stop. The Bar measurement system allows for random length bars to be fed into the lathe without spending additional setup time to reprogram barstock length into the control.
The Feed to length mode automatically starts preparation on the new bar while the last part is machined. The chuck opens; the new bar ejects the ruminants as it moves to the programmed position. No turret stopping is needed. Chuck closes, the first part is machined, the chuck opens and the bar is fed into position without turret stop.
The feed to a stop mode allows the chuck to open the pusher then retracts to load the new bar. The new bar ejects the remnants as it modes to the programmed position. No turret stop is needed. Chuck closes, the first part is machined, the chuck opens and the next part is fed out to turret stop.

This bar loader was demonstrated by its previous owner, proving to be in good functioning condition. You will need a technician to configure this bar loader to your machine before putting it in to production. Please refer to the pictures for this item's cosmetic condition. This item is sold as pictured.
Items over 1000 lbs. less than 3000 lbs. will be sent via open-bed freight. Open-bed freight trucks allow the item to secured to the truck bed. These items cannot be palletized, put on a skid or crated through our company. We prepare these items for transit by wrapping the item's electrical components with stretch wrap and spraying down any exposed metal surfaces with protective oil. These items are with-in our forklifts capacity and we will load them on to an open-bed freight truck at no charge. We may charge a rigging fee if we do not feel comfortable loading the item and contract machinery movers to load for us. This is usually the case with top-heavy items, such as grinding machines.
