This scrubber is used in the manufacture of Printed Circuit Boards or as they may be called PWB's or printed wiring boards.
The scrubbe would be used to clean a copper clad laminate that is then coated with a photopolymer. After exposure the panel is then developed and run through the other operations in the process.
