GH R 511 000 VO Relay Output Card
Made by BBC Brown Boveri. It was sold under the Sigma-Tronic B system for Industrial controls.
This is a used, and tested card in good condition.
With a 3 month RTB (Return To Base) Warranty.
The relay output R 511 /V0 is used for controlling components with high power demands. the input is electrically separated from the outputs (relay contacts) A 1-signal at the input causes the relay to respond, a 0-signal will cause it to drop out.
Tech Data: Current consumption: 0-signal at input 5mA, 1-signal at input 60mA
Sustained thermal current on contacts Ith2 = 7.5A
Switching capacity at t<4s with a duty cycle of 10% = 15A
Max switching voltage = 240v a.c.
The operating voltage for the sigma-Tronic system is 24v d.c. (with a tolerance of 30% i.e. 16.8v to 31.2v a ripple up to a peak amplitude of 4v is permissible)

These modules are also ideal for small DIY logic projects (such as model railway control or hydraulic control) as they do not require a programmer or software. Also the logic circuit can be added to as required.
