SEW Severe Duty EuroDrive motor and gear box.
The motor is Type DFT80n4-KS/TEFC 3ph, The S.O. Number ends with 07/07/04, 230 or 460 volt, continuous duty 1700 rpm 1 horse power, S.F. 1.15, Code J, design letter B, Conn Diamter DT79.
The gear box/speed reducer is a type KAF 37DT80n4-KS, 1700 rpm in, 46 rpm out, torque is 1408 lb-in, 37.97 ration service factor 1.3, Mounting position H1A, -10 degree C. to 40 degree C.

The boneheads I bought this from did that bad of a job packing it with some other items, that they caused this damaged-
The cooling fins are damaged on two sides-opposing sides of the motor, on one side there are some that are buggered up, two that are bent onto each other on one spot, and one that has about an inch broken off.
The other side, the side with the label,has one fin with about an inch broken up, some general buggering up, nut none bent so bad that they touch-.
You can see the fan cover is battered-I took the cover off to check out the fan blades, which look good, and they do turn, but not just free-spinning-I don't think the fan will turn with that fan cover on-I stuck a pen through the vents to turn them, but they didn't want to turn, either because of the resistance of the gear or because the fan blades are up against the cover. You'll have to replace or do some body work on that-
