Carrier model number 52CE-307 PTAC unit that has 7000 btu cooling and 3 kw of electric heat. This unit requires a 208/230 volt circuit rated at 20 amps. It is a slide in unit and does not come with wall sleeve or rear grille. This is nice for an extra room or small garage.
The equipment will come in a semi trailer banded to a skid and somebody must be there to unload it. The truck driver will not unload.
Carrier 5 year limited warranty includes all parts and labor for 1st year, 4 additional years of parts and labor coverage on sealed refrigeration system componets and 4 additional years of parts only (no labor) on non refrigeration system componets.
Normal delivery is 5-10 business days. Please include phone number with order. The trucking company will usually call 24 hours before delivery.
Wall sleeve and rear grill will run an additional 114.00.
